I saw a recipe somewhere online and figured why not. I nuked it for a couple of minutes as suggested so it wouldn't take as long to cook but it was still a little to hard after about 3 hours at 275 degrees. So back into the microwave for a few more minutes with butter on top. It was softer but the bbq seasoning after smoking and microwaving tasted off. Better luck next time, I hope.
