Eye of the Round on the Rotisserie

I got many good ideas what to do with this from a previous thread here. Decided to Rotisserie it. Not bad, not bad at all, but the leftovers will be taco meat, which is fine, we love tacos

There's gonna be tacos this week, LOL
 
Sometimes eye of round gets overlooked especially for the rotisserie as long as you don't go too high not over 350 on the heat and don't overcook them they are Ok , their no prime rib but make a decent nice easy carve beef roast especially sliced thin .
You did a super job on this Prime grade eye of round with the garlic slits and the rub , looks delicious 👍👍

With the prices of Beef lately, looks like Eye of round got the call and it looks quite good.
