EX6 first cleaning.

Only had a few cooks on it so far but I wanted to see if there was any ash or pellet build up around the fire pot. After I took off the grates and covers it was not bad. What little ash there was I just pushed it down the drain holes into the catch pan. Very minor grease drips from the ribs I made. My little shop vac took care of the rest of the ash.

Now that its clean, I decided to swap out the stock grates from the EX6 with the CI grates from my gasser. I can't wait to cook on them later. I'm making chicken thighs, seasoned with Kickin chicken, seasoned potato wedges and corn for an early dinner.

I feel that the SF is less maintenance than my Genny (which is for sale) I'm thinking the SF might be the best BBQ since the Weber Kettle. However I must confess I haven't gotten my hands on a Kamado E6, and I'm worried what will happen to my wallet if I do

Yep, you're seeing what I was trying to express about just how versatile and how good of food you can crank out on those things
