Did some pork steaks that were on sale .88 cents lbs. seasoned with webers smokey mesquite and webers Cajun seasoning. Smoked with 2 chunks of plum wood and 1 chunk of orange wood.

After 1 hour and 20 min I wrapped them with coca cola. I think I saw Bob C do this minus the soda

The corn got a quick hit over the charcoal then wrapped with butter and chef merito seasoning.

Plated with Maribels homemade potato salad. Bbq sauce was added at the table. Last minute decision.

I love pork steaks...those look nice and thick too. Great lookin meal !!
As much as I love vodka (and me loves me some vodka), I'd be into the Remy after dinner for sure
;)

good looking pork steaks, I'll have to try some too, but I don't think I've ever seen them

I couldn't find them either. But Jim Lampe told to tell the butcher to cut the Boston butt into steaks. 1 inch to 1.5 inches. Normally they do it in my area 1/2 inch.
