Emergency Cook

This is a cook a six year old could do, probably better. Kind of embarrassed to even post it. Our new grandbaby arrived on Wednesday and went home on Thursday. Yesterday our son had to rush the new Mommy back to hospital. She had a serious postpartum reaction and had to be re-admitted. Anyway, sudden dinner was on me. With about 30 minutes to decide I came up with this mac and cheese and hot dog dinner. Thought it was just going to be me, but when my wife came home she had a small bowl of mac and cheese too. Here goes this masterful, delectable cook.

Had these dogs on hand. They were pretty good.



Got my old reliable Jumbo Joe going.A



Got the mac and cheese on JJ.



After about 30 minutes the mac and cheese was bubbly and done!



Plated! No action shots on the dogs, I mean really!

Thanks everyone. Baby is doing fine, it' daughter in law we're concerned about. Hey Mildo, it's the 7100. This baby stuff started on Wednesday morning and I really haven't had time to do anything with it. Probably shouldn't even be using it. Just doing the point and shoot thing right now.

I am with everyone else on hoping your daughter in law gets better real quick. That Mac n Cheese looks great, but if I tried to use my wife's
Pyrex baking dish on my grill I would get killed!
