So easy I'm a little embarrass to post but here it is...

Marinated chicken breasts filets.

On the grill.

Chopped..

Made tacos with my wife's super hot green sauce. Super simple.

Here is the story why I had to do this cook.
Today 5/25 I had to work and couldn't not participate in the smoke day. Sunday 5/26 we are going to the lake with 3 other couples and this year it was my turn to take all drinks and food. Including grills and everything that involves spending the whole day there. We need to be there by 5:00 am to get in line and get a nice spot. Can't have a heavy dinner because I need load truck and don't want to get lazy...

Tony, i'd chow down bout 6 of those tacos without gettin' lazy, in fact, i'd get up for 6 more:D
Nice work buddy!

Looks great Tony! That is some HUGE breasts! I bet the ones i get around here is half the size.

Ohh and the sauce recipe dude..Sharing is caring remember

Nice tacos Tony! I like your wife's hot sauce. Nothing like freshly made salsa.
My wife, being Salvadoran, does not like hot so she makes them way too mild for my taste. I usually resort to using left-over hot salsas from taco trucks and stands. I usually keep a stash of them...:)
