Easter ribs


 
How’d yours turn out Bob? Managed to dry the two in the right out a little much, didn’t rotate like I knew I should ha. Oh well
 
They turned out very good. I smoked them at 250 for 3 hrs, then 275 for another hr before finishing at 300. Only the small ends were a little overdone but still very edible. I took them off the smoker when they had hit a little over 190. Rested them uncovered for about an hour before cutting them into bones. I reheated them on my sons Weber gas grill in a foil covered pan for about 10 minutes. They were a big hit at the party.

Tim, they tasted as good as they looked. I tried Blues Hog BBQ sauce for the first time and think I'm going to add it to my favorites. They had small sample size bottles at Walmart. I'm glad I gave it a try.
 
I did see the small sample sizes at Wally World. Guess I oughta try some as well haha.

Wonder why they got all the mini bottles of stuff?
