Bob, those ribs look kick***.They turned out very good. I smoked them at 250 for 3 hrs, then 275 for another hr before finishing at 300. Only the small ends were a little overdone but still very edible. I took them off the smoker when they had hit a little over 190. Rested them uncovered for about an hour before cutting them into bones. I reheated them on my sons Weber gas grill in a foil covered pan for about 10 minutes. They were a big hit at the party.
