I am a Hugh apricot fan. But they are only available for a couple of months a year. I’ve never seen frozen ones either. Plan is to make a couple of batches to get us thru to next year. Got the fruit from the farmers market.Everything looks amazing and the best part is hearing you make it with you daughter. We have been living off of the homemade strawberry jam my mother-in-law and daughter made last week. They are already talking about making more, which I support.
