Tried a new brew the other day, gotta get more of it.
Sam's White Christmas.
It's a beautiful brew! Try some today!
four or five cubed Yukons with three sweet onions cut likewise and eight cloves of gaaaaaalic tossed together.
seasoned quite heavily with something quite good (i cannot remember honestly...)
whipped up a batch of WICKER'S BBQ SAUCE...
quite easy and very good, close to the original, in my opinion...
got the green OTG smokin'...
got the homemade Wicker's ready for dunkin' the thighs in...
yeah, instead of a simple brushin', I actually submerged the bird in the sauce then on the grill.
Instant FLARE-UP! COOL!
'course, i did not get snap-shots of the great fire, butt the skin paid the price...
The charred thighs were served with steamed broccoli and the potato / onion / gaaaaaalic mixture.
Oh, and a cold Potosi Beer. Yeah, should really serve catfish with the Potosi's.... maybe next time.
Thanks again for visiting!
