One of the big Supermarkets here are selling a 'select quality' range of meats, so we figured we would try some Porterhouse @ $30 a kg!!!.........this had better be good at that price.
Now the first thing you guys will notice is we get a bit ripped off when it comes to Porterhouse here! where you will have what resembles a T bone cut, have a look at what we have!
While i am a Charcoal nut wifey just loves her steak on the Genesis (and i have to admit...it does do a good job.........for gas

Finished result, have to excuse the messy plate....but there ain't no way the dogs getting this juice
Verdict - yeah good, tender good beef taste........worth $30 kg.....not so sure, might see if they have a T bone or fillet in this range next time.
