As you've seen in the news, Louisiana is experiencing historic flooding and many people are displaced from their homes. It's hard to say exactly, but I estimate we've got somewhere between 50-100 current and former TVWBB members living in Louisiana, and I'm not sure how many are affected by this emergency, but I'm sure some are, or perhaps their family and friends are affected.
I want to encourage everyone to help, and I'm going to suggest a donation to Operation BBQ Relief. They're already on the scene in Hammond and Baton Rouge and they served 9,900 meals just today! You can donate by visiting their website or by texting “DONATEOBR" to 41444. You can volunteer by texting "OBR" to 51555.
I've donating $20 and I hope you can donate as much, but anything you can afford to do will help.
