William Landreth TVWBB Member Jul 25, 2014 #11 Make sure to have your butcher remove the tough membrane that runs longitudinal through the steak. This will yield two pieces...one that is larger. Perfect for his and hers dinners. Hanger steak takes to marinades very well.
