Do you use a insulated cover on your pellet grill to retain heat in winter?

Not yet. Won't be much longer now that we're in December. Other than my Thanksgiving turkey, I've been doing more fast & high heat cooks lately.

How's it working? My last couple colder weather cooks, I've noticed my Sear+ is taking noticeably longer to get up to temp.
