Did baby backs yesterday...

Did 2.5 hrs smoke 1.5 hrs wrapped in apple juice 30-45 mins after to let the sauce set up. Smoked them over apple and hickory wood. They were very tasty. I used Simply Marvelous sweet seduction rub and a Famous Daves sauce (dont remember which but a sweeter one) Turned out very good and I was very happy with them.
