Hello from Delta Junction Alaska. Trolled the site for many years. Became a full fledged WSM owner Christmas day when I (and the family) got one for Christmas from my dad.
I've done a lot of smoking on side box smoker (Chair Broil) but look forward to the step up with the WSM.
Broke in the WSM the day after Christmas with a 18lb turkey that turned out amazing!
