Would yah just dip the whole sandwich once it is made!!!!!!The french dip recipe I made last night was a quick and easy version of one I've posted before.
2 TB butter
1 TB flour
chopped up shallot
melt butter, add flour, add shallot, cook for about 5 mins
add a can of beef broth and a can of beef consume and bring to a boil.
for the french dip sammies I dip a sandwich sized serving of beef into the boiling dip, then add it to the sandwich piping hot.
I use cheese to protect the bread from the hot drippy beef.
I think I'll be make another sammie for lunch and then freeze the rest before I eat it all
