My contribution to my family's Christmas Eve meal was a fried turkey. Injected with beer, butter, salt, garlic salt, Worcestershire, Tabasco, and soy sauce.
Cooking away! It was only 6 degrees outside while cooking the bird, made for a nice steam plume.
