I've done Cod on a Cedar Plank on the OTG and it was EXCELLENT. Just grill it until it flakes (15-20 minutes for a thick filet). I do it just like Salmon. Then a pat of garlic butter on each piece of cod and you are good to go. One pat of butter won't hurt a thing). I recommend using a garlic press:
