Lol, I saw a picture of something similar on Pinterest and had to give it a go. After using a turkey baster to take out a little grease, it was excellent!

Very yummy. Top bacon was a little chewy, but bottom of it was super good. I

It’s 80/20 ground beef. 400 on the SmokeFire for like an hour and a half.
