Dave S. AKA RCPLANEBUYER

I have had very little result with the liquid stuff oven on a kitchen sink, just underwhelmed by that. The shaker cans of powder work well for most things.

I've used (powdered) Bar Keeper's Friend and regular old baking soda to clean up stainless steel parts. Baking soda may be more abrasive than the BKF, but I'm not sure.
Remember to scrub with the grain.

I got my bars and after lifting the 13 of them I was reminded exactly why you want to go with Dave's work. As mentioned he isn't really doing grates anymore because of the time it takes and the return on them. But I told him I would be willing to compensate him for his work because I know the quality it is. He gave me a quote and I told him I would pay it. So he said he had to check if he had enough material to do the job and he would get back to me. I hope he has what he needs because I figure the price is worth it since it will likely be the last ones I will ever have to buy.

Yep, mass in those is important!
I just received the Zbars and swing table hardware, have not opened the box yet but, I’m going to take them down to my buddy’s shop and see what we can find in his scrap corner. Will advise

You're smart to invest in those!
