I used 1 hunk of peach and 1 hunk of hickory and the eye of round roast for the sammies I made on Saturday.
I could really taste the smoke and it was a good flavour, really stood out.

Not at all, here is the thread about the Aura Kettle Zone Cooking System. I really love this product. It took me a little time to learn the best way to control temps, but now it is as easy to control temps as it is on my WSM.
