Curb Alert !!!

I messaged him to see if I could pick it up in the morning. He replied right away and said he’d moved it up by the garage. The. Messaged me 15 minutes later that someone came and took it from there. Oh well. Didn’t really NEED it. I was hoping it would end my streak on bad golds 🤣
It's funny how many of those I see listed without a bottom rack or tray.

There's got to be more to it than rain, which Seattle is known for. I'm guessing the extreme temperature fluctuations in the Midwest must have something to do with it also.
Yeah has to be something to it!
Arizona having rust free grills makes sense but Washington not sure but something going on. Most of the time the wood is good also. Maybe people kept them under cover. Not under grill covers which are bad in wet climates. At least in my opinion.

Looks super clean

The seller on this one is a great guy and a very active / successful Weber flipper. I’ve been out to see his operation and even brought a grill home myself. Mark’s sheer volume and ability to command top dollar are both worthy of commendation.

Check out this ultra-rare circa 2009-20012 Spirit with left-hand side burner he has in another listing. I would think a good number of people would be willing to sacrifice their left side table in exchange for one of these side burners but we rarely see or hear it documented for whatever reason.

Spirit w/ Side Burner

$50 fat frame in Naperville.

That one has potential for just $50. I am pretty convinced that this model is the WORST for that left side crossmember rusting out. The right fix for one of these, in my opinion, is to replace it with a piece of stainless tubing.

For $400 I’d think he’d have done a little more. Cookbox looks warped and there’s still rust on the manifold and tank hanger. The left hand side burner is pretty cool, I have yet to acquire one with that style of sideburner. I know a lot of folks on here aren't huge fans of them but I think they are an awesome option.

I do however need that style of sideburner grate for one I picked up.
