Howdy folks...been a crazy week...Christmas stuff...weather is bonkers..we had 20 inches of snow a couple days ago...warmed up to 45 today, mostly melted an back to snow ( 6 inches tonight!)
Gerti digs the snow...can you tell!

Easy chicken salad for Friday!!

Today was Tri tip soaked in all kinds of good stuff..started some taters!

Tried a new brew!

3.4 lb Tri on with some apple smoke!
 
Ok ...did some shopping for a buddy just getting into grilling..what's better than beer and some weber stuff?

TT about to go direct!

Little windy tonight too...had some 50 mph gusts..oh well keep on cooking!

Sprouts in left over bacon grease, bread...all on the weber!

And now all on the plate!

Sorry I'm hurrying...my phone is about dead..

Looks awesome Morgan. Except for the snow, I want none of that. Tri tip looks tasty. Have you ever had the Alaskan smoked porter? Comes out around this time of year and is really good!

Yep had some today...it's good but a bit rich and dark for me...I am good for a couple small glasses the I'm done...great with a good steak meal! Great smoke flavor actually!
 
Morgan great shot of your dog in the snow. Snow looks awesome too. As does your tri tip & chicken. You always got something good going on.
 
Nice plates Morgan. That tri-tip looks like a bear took a big bite out of it before it got to the grill.
Of your 3 beers, I used to like Rainer, and did not know they still make it. Have not seen it here.
My dog likes the snow like yours, we don't get as much though.
 
Fine looking meals. You need to warn your buddy that this grilling stuff is a disease that can't be shakened.
 
Holy cow! Great job on both cooks! It has been a long time since I have done a tri tip. You have inspired me to go pick one up.
 
Nice cooks Morgan! Gerti, looks like my girls in the snow! They love digging in the snow, when the snow melts, they won't dig in the yard?
