So these things were a screaming deal down at the local Publix. Two done with a homemade rub and sweet baby rays, the other was just s&p then glazed with a hot pepper strawberry preserve. On the WSM at 250ish for about 2 hours with apple wood smoke. Plated with grilled veggies - onion, squash, and mini bell peppers. Thanks for looking!
 
Hey Matty - great use ofthe coutnry style ribs. We catch these on sale all the time and I usually cook them in the crock pot. I am going to fire u the mini next time and try giving them a smoke like you did. Thnaks for posting...
