Country style ribs.

Got this recipe from the bbq pit boys a while ago, and its money, cant go wronng with it.
Seasoned the ribs with some Dizzy Pig Jamaican Firewalk, good stuff, cut up an onion and got the CSRs ready for their bbq boil bath.Threw some Surly beer in too.

Bathin in goodness.

Got the fire pit going.

Gettin there.

Clays havin fun.

Fire pit again.

Done.

Catcha plate with asparagus before its gone.

Hour and a half, give or take, sear at the end.

Very nice Mike!!! I have tried this a couple of time but I like to let the CSRs cook on the grill to render out a lot of the fat then put them in the BBQ sauce.
