Country style ribs on the cheap

Inspired by our very own Tony R, I went to the supermarket looking for inexpensive country style ribs, and there they were at $1.99/lb. Overall, a nice relaxing drama-free cook.


Tried a couple new rubs I got from The Spice House...




Grill setup and a shot of the seasoned CSR's right before they hit the grates. The woods were apple, hickory, and cherry...



The mandatory action shot, of course...

Thanks Nick & John! The rubs both had good flavor and weren't overly salty. The Gary Wiviott rub had a nice level of heat. The West Indies rub tasted slightly jerk-like, minus the allspice.
