Beautiful pork cook and sides Tony, and I love lumpy taters!
I'd call them pork steaks.
Labeling can be different, but the two normal types of csr's are boneless trimmings from pork butts, or end loin pieces with portions of the ribs included.
Too bad the meat industry doesn't straighten out some of the terms.
Take the beef strip steak, aka New York strip, KC strip, club steak, shell steak, etc.
And if Jim L cooks it, it's called a Raymond strip steak
