Country Style Ribs on Sale!!!!

Beautiful pork cook and sides Tony, and I love lumpy taters!

I'd call them pork steaks. :)
Labeling can be different, but the two normal types of csr's are boneless trimmings from pork butts, or end loin pieces with portions of the ribs included.
Too bad the meat industry doesn't straighten out some of the terms.
Take the beef strip steak, aka New York strip, KC strip, club steak, shell steak, etc.
And if Jim L cooks it, it's called a Raymond strip steak

I was going to the store to buy bread for burgers but found this on sale. So CSR is what's for dinner tonight!

Seasoned and ready for the grill.

Grilled indirect for about 45 min with peach wood chunks. Then wrapped in foil with a little apple juice.

Here's an Instagram video action shot

Made some Mac and chesse fresh out the box

Made homemade mashed potatoes. That's why they look crappy because they are homemade.

Plated and ready to eat. Used Maulls bbq sauce my friend Paul K. Gifted me.

Thanks for looking
Tony and Maribel.

Down here in the south Georgia swamps we call them Texas Style Ribs, where we run dawgs and hawgs.
