Country Style Ribs on Sale!!!!

I was going to the store to buy bread for burgers but found this on sale. So CSR is what's for dinner tonight!

Seasoned and ready for the grill.

Grilled indirect for about 45 min with peach wood chunks. Then wrapped in foil with a little apple juice.

Made some Mac and chesse fresh out the box

Made homemade mashed potatoes. That's why they look crappy because they are homemade.

Plated and ready to eat. Used Maulls bbq sauce my friend Paul K. Gifted me.

Nice meal Tony. I like lumpy mashed, but when the kids were around they did not, so I bought a ricer to do them, really gets them smooth, but taste wise, doesn't matter. Funny thing, I've done those country ribs before, how are they?........................d
