Country Style Ribs - Jerk & Plain

Made country style pork ribs for the first time today. Here are the details of the cook:

  • Weber Performer + Cajun Bandit Stacker
  • Kingsford Blue + Oak
  • Cooked for ~3 hours (smoked for 2, foiled for 1)
  • Half of the ribs marinated with Walkerswood Jamaican Jerk Seasoning
  • Other half of the ribs seasoned with Jack's Old South Original Meat Rub, glazed with IQUE barbecue sauce

You definitely nailed the cook! Grill marks on those veggies look painted on they're so perfect! Which were the fan fav: plain or jerk style?
