- Weber Performer + Cajun Bandit Stacker
- Kingsford Blue + Oak
- Cooked for ~3 hours (smoked for 2, foiled for 1)
- Half of the ribs marinated with Walkerswood Jamaican Jerk Seasoning
- Other half of the ribs seasoned with Jack's Old South Original Meat Rub, glazed with IQUE barbecue sauce
