Country Style Ribs and Sides

Finally got around to doing some CSR's. Paired them up with a variation of Bob's Braised Potatoes and some Baked Zucchini Sticks. The variation was the potato. We had a bunch or russets we had to use up so I used those instead of the red potatoes that the recipe called for.

Here's some pic's.



Rubbed them down with some all purpose rub (salt, pepper, garlic), and then used some Booty Rub. My son gave this to me for Christmas.



Got them on the WSM at 275 for a little over an hour.





Pulled and put in foil pans with pineapple juice and Sweet Baby Ray's, Sweet 'n Spicy.







Foiled pans tightly and back on the smoker for about 1 1/2 hours. Had to bend corners of pans to make it fit.



Got going on the sides. Quartered zucchini lengthwise and combined parmesan and spices. Placed on cooling rack, then on baking sheet.

Ribs just about done.



Pulled out of the pans, sauced with more SBR's. On grill for 5 minutes a side.



Potatoes on.



Zucchini on.



Potatoes were delicious.



Plated.



This was a really tasty meal. Also a fun cook. Thanks for looking.

Wow Cliff - that is some good looking grub. I have never tried CSRs on the smoker - it is high time I did...

Great looking dish Cliff! Got some CSRs in the freezer and I'm going to steal that rib recipe and make some up! I'll let Barb pick the sides with a little hint to look closely at this thread.
 
Cliff outstanding job and yes we will be doing those CSR's real soon. Your sides are awesome, I like them both and will be trying them also.
