Well I aged them for four full days, here they are
Here they are, after coming to room temp and Kosher and Fresh Ground on them, the caramelizing occurring
And everything getting jiggy, some butter and garlic in a CI, for the steaks and the bread
Some refreshment for the hard working Cook
Steaks done and heading in for a rest
Garlic Bread done and time to head in
