I will be cooking on 5 WSM's. 2 22's & 3 18's. All the meat is prepped & ready. Will make all the sides tomorrow. Will cook Pork Butts & Briskets starting at 10:00 PM tomorrow night. Made 36 jars of BBQ Sauce & Several pounds of Rub. As far as I can tell I'm ready. Be interesting to see if I can pull this off
