Well it's a big weekend for us at work this Friday and Saturday so my manager asked if I would make Pulled Pork for the team. Of course I said yes. So after a trip to Costco I arrived home with 12 butts. Six went on the WSM yesterday and six more today. Ohh boy did they turn out great. I have to say, if anyone is on the fence about buying a WSM just do it. For the money it is an incredible smoker.
