Completely new to the BBQ game

I will now recommend this website/forum and a Weber Smokey Mountain to anybody that ever asks me. I have never ever done any sort of slow cooking before and did it for the first time yesterday and it seemed like a lot of work but really it was a breeze. Brand new 22.5'' wsm and baby backs were on yesterday.
