I have not posted in a while as I was getting our 2nd annual company picnic put together. In the past 7 yrs I was alway tasked doing the company picnic so last year I decided that we would do a BBQ Comp. Needless to say this is getting to be known as the best event in the Company second to our CEO's Shrimp Boil. This year we cooked up 220lbs Pork shoulder, 32 racks ribs, 50lbs chicken

Looks like a great time was had by everyone... on such a nice day too!
Hope you enjoyed the storm last night... This area picked up an inch and a half of badly needed rain.

Thanks!...we didnt get any rain last nite..it looks like it went around Campbellsport last nite...
