Evening folks!! Ribs and brisket sounds way good right now but we decided on a bit of pot roast on the performer today!Lots of shoveling and puppy training today! We got a bit of snow...
Ok a pepper and garlic rub on a smaller chick roast! On for a sear!
Then some onion, mushroom and garlic getting some color!
Then we added in some red wine, cream of mushroom and bullion and let it simmer for about 3 hours at 350(killed the vents at this point!)
Top on so a bit of Ollie time since Gerti was napping!
Tough bein a pup!
Ok couple hours later we threw some taters and squash on!

Good stuff...gravy got a bit rich but good stuff!
