Coldest Cook

Well I've had a Smokey Joe Silver for a few years. Never really used it much. Did the "tuna can" mod and wanted to try it out. Worked great. Couple thin cut ribeyes, sauted mushrooms, green beans and yellow rice. The temp outside was 0°. So this is the coldest I've grilled in. Very, happy with Joe. I see a larger version in the near future.......

Great job, there is something to be appreciated when out cooking in sub degree weather......Arrggggg Cave Man Style.......it's in our DNA !

Was that the wife takin a picture of you from inside the house? Good place to be when its that cold.

Good on ya!

It takes a real cook to go out when it's that cold.

Do yourself a favor and get a table to put that SJ atop. Your back will thank you.

Doesn't matter the temp, as long as the meal is delicious; that's all that matters to me. And, it looks as if you pulled it off! Nice job on the pics and the cook.

Thanks for sharing!
