My pizza has the same toppings plus sun dried Roma slices and more pecorino on top.

Sweet little cooker you have there Bret.
All these pies look so tasty, and a very nice looking crust too.
This was a CI on the cooktop to set the crust and then broil in the oven. The Stadler pizza cooker is from Holland. I have looked at it but still haven’t bought any pizza cooker. Need to do my bbq island first. And this summer is already running away from me. My time is evaporating quickly.
 
Those are some seriously good looking Pizzas! That Stadler is pretty awesome pizza oven. Is it CI or Steel?
