CI bacon, mushroom burgers!

Decided to break out my lodge griddle today for a quick burger cook!! Almost didn't even use the lid tonight..started with a couple coal baskets on the right side...got some thick sliced heavly peppered bacon!

Added some sliced shrooms and onions!!

Added some easy frozen patties with Chicago season and worst sauce!

Cheesed up burgers with onion and shrooms under the cheese and topped with bacon!

And plated with a really good Blue Moon brew and home fries ...hot spicy mayo!

Easy fast and not cardiologist approved!!

Lodge and weber make a killer cooking combo!

Excellent looking burger, Morgan. Just the way I like them. Love that griddle. I have a lot of Cast Iron, but not that griddle. Looks great.
