I just called them and they don't have them right now because they're having trouble getting them processed, but may have them in the future. They were about $150 or so for 6 chops frozen in a giant block, so not very convenient. I'm in pork country, so I'll talk to a couple processors next time I visit the farmer's market and see if someone else can make them.
