I've seen you put those shrooms on many a chuck eye and they always look great. Do you put anything in the skillet with the mushrooms?

Thanks John, I love 'shrooms and always try to incorporate them with steaks... and i've added onions many times, lots of gaaaaalic is good too butt really, you can add anything you like.

How do you like your pigtail flipper, I love mine!!!
