chuck steak with onions


 
I couldn't have said it better! Now the dumb questions: ya slice the steak thinner before cookin'? And I spy steak in a vac bag, was it marinated?

The steak was already sliced from the store. I purchased to much last time so I just split them up and vacummed sealed. No marinade. I did do a little salt and pepper before bagging them.
 
Tony that looks wonderful. Those temps look familiar but I know they want last for here. The humidity is on the way. :(
