Cut off some steaks from a chuck eye roast I got the other day and marinated in Webers Chipotle mix. Salted and then hit with some Grill Mates Montreal Steak Seasoning.

Steaks came out great for a first time effort with Chuck Eye’s. All in all a very tasty meal.

Thanks for looking.

Great Cookin' Mike! CE's look AWESOME!

I was ready to eat them in the first pic. Then I saw how perfectly you cooked them and I just about jumped through the screen. Great. Just great.

Wow some how I missed this cook earlier! Mike you did a great job on those eyes!!! I have had these once (only time I have seen them) might have to buy me some chuck roast and make some more real soon!

Great pictures as well!

Thanks everyone for your kind comments! Joe, the chipolte wasn't too bad, have had better, but will use it again. Maybe next time on some chicken.
