Christmas Eve/Game Day Wings

Inspired by this cook, https://tvwbb.com/showthread.php?72702-SPOG-and-Parmesan-Crusted-Wings, I decided on wings for lunch.
And I promised pics of the cook/temps in this thread. https://tvwbb.com/showthread.php?72746-Vortex-VS-Weber-Charcoal-Baskets
Seasoned with K salt, pepper, garlic powder and parmesan cheese, they went onto the kettle with the charcoal baskets together in the middle and a chunk of apple (I think) on the grate.

After just a few minutes, the temps were here.

They went pretty quickly, only 35-40 minutes. I quickly put them over the center to crisp them just a tad.

Served with homemade blue cheese dressing, they were very tasty! Yeah, some got a little too GBD, but the recipe is a keeper!
