Chix Peppers & Onions

Picked up some nice skinless boneless thighs today and decided to do them with Chef Merito's Pollo.

Had my first ripe Cayenne and Hungarian Hot Peppers come in so added them into the red yellow orange bell mix with some onions and seasoning

Took some Naan, brushed with EVOO, Oregano and garlic powder, peppers and onions standing by

Chix indirect on the Genny and almost done, peppers and onions on the heat in a CI

Tonights refreshment

Chix done and resting, CI done and on the side, Naan getting toasted

On the table, your plate, grab a hunk of Naan and dig in
