Picked up 1lb for me and the CEO tonight, grabbed a few Oysters while I was at it. Tried something new season wise and it came out really nice.

Sea Bass dressed with Lemon Grass Paste, fresh Dill from the garden, EVOO, fresh ground BP, and a dusting of hot Paprika

Wow, Bill. 113 here yesterday. Sea anything sounds really good today, but Sea Bass? Over the top. Looks delicious and those YG's too!
