Chilean Sea Bass

Picked up 1lb for me and the CEO tonight, grabbed a few Oysters while I was at it. Tried something new season wise and it came out really nice.

Sea Bass dressed with Lemon Grass Paste, fresh Dill from the garden, EVOO, fresh ground BP, and a dusting of hot Paprika

Some nice young Gus, seasoned with EVOO, S&P, lemon juice

Oysters opened and a couple of drops of lemon juice
