The local Sprouts has fresh Hatch chiles for 99 cents per pound & they are some of my favorites.
Roasted 1 1/2 lbs of them.

Peeled & chopped:

Cut some CSRs into 3/4" cubes & got out the other ingredients:

Fired up the new to me CL Performer. Browned & salted the pork in a few tablespoons of olive oil:

Added the rest of the ingredients, a can of Tecate & let everything be happy for 30-45 minutes:
