We were both hungry for chicken but couldn't decide how to make it. I wanted grilled and Erin wanted something poached. So we compromised.
Here's my half (a breast, thigh, both wings and the liver), drizzled with EVOO and seasoned with KS&P and thyme.
And on the grill indirect along with some brined baked potatoes.
Off the grill they were drizzled with some more EVOO, fresh lemon juice and some crushed red pepper (another Donald Link recipe). Plated with some steamed broccoli.
And mine with some homemade jalapeno sauce.
